The owner has set qualification guidelines to follow that all people over the age of 18 must fill out an application. A criminal, credit and eviction background check will be performed.  You must have - combine monthly verifiable income of at least 2.5% times the monthly rent. Application fee is $50 per person. Security deposit is equal to one months rent with approved credit. The owner would prefer no pets however would consider a small dog or cat with an additional $475 non refundable per fee and an additional $35 per month per rent. A $100 holding fee will be required to hold the apartment until application is approved. The apartments are available for an immediate occupancy or by April 15th at the earliest.
